i am constantly getting this message when trying to veiw web pages - this page cannot be displayed iv tried everything someone mentioned resetting modem strings but how do i do this please help

Hello and welcome to TSF
Before we can assist, you need to do the following please:- Please go into Windows Explorer, click on C:\ > File > New Folder and call it HJK, or another name of your choice. Go to the link in my signature and download Hijack This into the folder you created then run it. Click on Scan. Save the log file to Notepad, then copy and post it in a new thread in the Security Anti Virus Hijack This forum. Head your post "Please Hijack This Log" Make sure to include the System information at the top of the log as well.
