serching problem
Hi.I posted this in th XP forum with no success. I am having a problem which I cant solve or make cense of, some times when changing pages on the web and particuley on ebay when I click on a url.or back button the page takes a long time to load (50% of the time it's almost instant).
The m/c is P4 3.2gig/sata/1gig ram/XP pro/8mb b/band (they say). Also I use the left alt key & left arrow to go back which some times wont step all the way back with single keying but will with two done rapidly ??? It's not the keyboard or mouse hardware (micosoft cordless with updated drivers) have tried others with same result. I built this m/c which ticked perrrfectly, I think this started after running crap cleaner though I'm not sure. Have I deleted some thing in windows somewhere that can cause something like this, too deep for me. Any sugestions would be welcome |

What kind of internet connect do you have? If you have dial up and ie is set to refresh a page every time you visit it this could cause slow load times. Goto Tools > Internet Options > and click on setting under browsing history in ie7 or setting under Temporary internet files in ie6. Check and make sure it is set to automatic.
