win antispytware/trojan

hi, apoligies if this is posted to the wrong forum. Im having major problems with a trojan virus and antispyware popups can anybody help?

We've tried to follow the steps to remove it but when we do it says we have to buy new software to remove it, is ther not free sites we can visit that can remove the virus?

Your best thing to do is post a HJT log in the HiJackThisLog Help Forum, explain that you have already went through the 5-step process with either success or unsuccessful
