please help turn on Right Click

The "Right Click -> Save Target As..." function in my IE has been turned off, not on one webpage but all of them. I don't know how it got turned off (Spybot S&D or similar?) or how to turn it back on. Please help. THanks.

if you right click on your desktop does the menu show up?

and can you right click on IE and have the menu show up, with just "save target as..." greyed out?

or is right click completely disabled?
