Msjava.dll keeps crashing my computer

To whom it may concern,
Hello, I am new here and I hope I am posting under the correct area for this problem. Every time I go to Pogo games (Pogo.com) and try to play High Stakes Poker, I am able to play for varied amounts of time, but inevitably I get a pop up stating: "This program has caused an illegal operation and will be shutdown" And as soon as I click close all my Iexplorer windows are closed.
When I click "Details" about the error it states: "Iexplorer caused an invalid page fault in module msjava.dll at..."

I have searched for every explaination and have come up with nil.
My O/S is Windows 98, but I installed Windows 98 SE awhile ago. Also I have had the computer rebuilt and had the program path at start-up redirected. The computer boots up with something like this now: C\\...Progra~1\...

It didn't use to boot that way, but the guy who rebuilt it had to redirect and reinstall alot of drivers and paths. I found my msjava.dll file and it is the version 5.00.3810 and from what I have found through the search engine is that it is part of Windows ME &/or XP and should not be part of Windows 98. I found a duplicate file of the msjava.dll and deleted the second entry which was under C:\Winpch\system and I left the other msjava.dll file in the C:\windows\system

I also have plenty of protection for my computer. I have Nortin Anti-Virus, Spy-Bot S&D, SpywareBlaster, SpywareGuard, CWSredder, Ad-aware 6.0, HiJackThis, WinPatrol, and finally System Sentry (for 9 more days free trial). I am able to play some java applet games and programs and some won't work at all and some start to run and then crash my Iexplorer as stated above. I need a permanent solution to fix this error! Thanx in advance.-LoneScope
