Cannot view a CERTAIN web site...
Does anyone know a reason why I repeatedly get the 'THE PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED' warning when I try to view this webpage?
I know that most people I know can view it fine, but myself, and friends, who use Tiscali Broadband, all, at times, cannot view it at all. I was thinking perhaps Tiscali's DNS server is failed...but I am unsure Any suggestions would be welcomed Thanks, George Edwards  PS The webpage is a Forum that I made for my mates to view and use
