Neopets and malware
My daughter and I play Neopets. There is a wheel on the site that you spin called the wheel of monotony. You spin the wheel and have to wait the one to two hours while it sping before you can collect your prize.
Is it possible that during the time the browser is open to that page, malware is being installed by neopets or a third party unbeknownst to neopets? My husband wonders if the time it takes is more than part of a silly game and could be somehow malicious.
