Question about Tabs(RESOLVED)

I was just wondering if it were possible, on IE7, to have two homepages pop up when you open it? Like...each and every time I open IE7, I want it to open two tabs, one with our company's website showing, and the other with our main vendor's site. Is there a way to make this happen every time, without having to close the browser, then click that li'l box saying to open the same pages again?
