Can't access ebay or paypal...http:///?%20www.paypal.com

Hope someone can help with this one.
I can't access paypal or ebay.
When I try to, the address changes to http:///?%20www.paypal.com for paypal.......and http:///?%20www.ebay.com for ebay.

I have run CWShredder, adaware and spybot, but still I get the same results.

it does sound like malware. try this.

There should be no space after the http://

Try this:

http://ebay.com
http://paypal.com
