IE7 and usps.com and paypal.com issues

Has anybody ran into an issue where you try to print online shipping labels and IE7 will not allow the final option and says there is some kinda of seciruty issue and it wants you to d/l something...

IE6 allowed you to print labels from usps.com and paypal.com but IE7 will not....

It has to be a secuirty setting...

Could you please tell us what it is exactly that wants to d/l?
It may well be a security feature as IE7 has added security. Is it a pop-up or a digital sig of some sorts?

ie7 security issues with usps.com and paypal.com

Well, right at the end when you try to print a label you purchased, another window is suppose to open showing you the label. All you see is that alert bar in blue at the top (kinda like when you get an alert to install active x) It says its trying to dl software and the security settings blocked it.

Have you tried going to the security options in IE and adding these sites to the safe sites list?

I have tried everything, adding the site to the secure sites list, adding it to the pop ups allowed list. Even if I elect to allow it to download whatever it is trying to d/l, it still does not work. In IE6 it was fine. Its normally a pop up window that comes up and shows you the usps.com or paypal shipping label you just printed. Now it will not work at all.

I am reading mixed reviews for this issue. Some are reporting the same issue using IE7 while others are not having any issue printing at all. Some stated that the eBay toolbar was the issue, is this installed on your system?
