Idea

Running a cleaner such as CCleaner usually removes them each time you run it as well.

Hi,

Both methods can work, but if you want to get rid of them in one large swoop, then do this:

Open IE

Tools

General Tab

Temporary Internet Files area

Delete Cookies

Delete Files

History Area

Clear History

Click Apply or Click OK

That should do it for you.
