helpp internet explorer problem

Internet Explorer has encountered a problem with an add-on and needs to close.
The following add-on was running when this problem occured:
File: googletoolbar6.dll
Company name: Google Inc
Description: Google Toolbar for Internet Explorer

can any one tell me whats happend, it wont let me go on or use internet explorer?

Not sure but go to Start-all programs-accessories-sys tools-int exp (no add-ons) and start IE
