IE7 RC1 Menu Bar

I have decided to try the new ie7, so far the only thing i dont really like about it is where the menu bar shows up. so i searched and found a possible fix. it wanted me to modify the registry and that was supposed to move it. but it didnt. Does anybody know how to move the menu bar to the top of the page and not inbetween the address bar and favorites?
