Computer and google page???

My homepage is set to google. But once i search for something and the results come up there is a defferent interface. It doesnt have the how long it took and number of results. There is also a different layuout. But it is normal on a friends computer like it used to be for me all blue and stuff. Is it a program or spyware or something??

no have done many scans but nothing comes up. All the resulting link go to the page, none of them redirect to some odd page.

have you tried to delete temporary internet files and cookies?
