Annoying message while surfing the internet!!

Hello to Everyone- Could someone Help Me Pls with my computer!!!Any time Im browsing on internet all the time I receive the following message:
Your current security settings prohibit running ACTIVEX controls on this page.
As a result, the page may not display correctly. . What should I do to get rid of this annoying message?. Thank You for Your Help - Andrew

Go to Control Panel > Internet Options > Security tab, and click the Custom Level button, then set the ActiveX options to either 'enable' or 'prompt'.

You should be careful going to sites that use ActiveX as they can sometimes be a security risk.

Also, check your firewall or other security programs to see if they are blocking ActiveX plugins/scripts.
