Frequent IE crashes as well
Hello--
I have a brand new Dell laptop that has frequent IE crashes. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, checked for viruses, etc... I cannot find the source of the problem and am hoping you all can help. Here are a few of the error logs. Thanks for the reply-- I just checked and I have the most current updates for IE. I am currently running IE7, but had the same problems (exact same error messages) with IE6, so I am wondering if it is a conflict with some other device, but I do not know how to identify it. I am not using any toolbar plug in, so I don't have that to uninstall. Do you have any other suggestions?

Do you have any other BHOs (Browser Helper Objects) installed for your browser?
You can find out what BHOs are currently installed by using a program like HijackThis or "Include BHO list in report" for Spybot S&D's Report function (to name a few programs). |
