IE fatal error popups?

Hi guys,

I am having this strange problem that I got recently.

Everytime I open the internet explorer or whenever i visit a web page, a second webpage would open up with the address bar showing this:

http://85.17.3.249/trafc-2/rfe.php?cmp=dun_mg&guid={761491ad-60db-4175-85ed-851a9a9f90d6}&url=http://ie.redirect.hp.com/svs/rdr?type=3&tp=iehome&locale=en_us&c=q405&bd=presario&pf=laptop&nid=cl&lid=laptop+http

Within the web page this information pops up:

Warning: require_once(advdbcmps.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/local/www/data-dist/TrafC-2.1/common.php on line 8

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'advdbcmps.php' (include_path='.:') in /usr/local/www/data-dist/TrafC-2.1/common.php on line 8

Can anyone help explain what this is and how to get rid of it? Thanks =)
