OS: Windows XP Pro & Windows Vista Ultimate browsing the web with FF, Opera, Safari and IE.

<a href="xxx.htm" target="_blank"> does not work!
L.S.,
For some reason if in an webpage <a href="ishihara.htm" target="_blank"> is used to open a new window, IE opens a new window and keeps 'loading' but it is and stays completely blank! I first thought is was due to safety settings in IE, which I changed but nothing helped... Any idea's what could be happening? Thanks, KoosHopeloos |
