Internet explorer could not open search page

Hi ther

we have a network and the users go through the network to access the net. Some users are getting the following error msg when accesing sum sites.

Internet explorer could not open search page

As i say this is on some machines only and has happened 2 days in a row at approx the same time 16.30pm.

Any ideas?

Have you investigated as to what event occurs at 1630?

Whatever it is, it's the probable cause of the blockage.

Is there any maintenance being conducted on the server at this time during the day?

The possibilities are endless, and you would be the only one that could determine the cause, as you are on the spot.

Post back with the results of your 'snooping'.

Hi there...sorted the problem out...it was DNS...the workstations were configrd to use wrond Nameservers
