Error Downloading from most sites

I am getting error "THIS OBJECT HAS BEEN BLOCKED" while down loading from most sites ,in my IE , Firefox or Opera browser.
Please help me solve this problem. I have P4 Intel, Window XP, 1 GbRam.

Hi Shiree, welcome to TSF

First, clear your browser's cache. Then go to Control Panel > Internet Options and set the Security bar to medium. Finally, check your firewall's settings to see if 'mobile code' is being blocked (cookies, scripts, objects etc)

Thanks Koala , appreciate your help. Mobile code in Zone Alarm was blocked , so I allowed it and that solved my problem.
