can not save jpg pics (saved with bmp)
Hi people,
My IE is teasing me these days ! for example I can not save JPG photos in web pages and when I do right click on a photo and select "save image as" its name is untitled and the extension is BMP ! the another problem is that I can not review pages in offline mode ! it always promt me to go online ! or I can not save web pages from File > Save as... in fact it saves just a empty page dunno why but i'm really upset !! thanks in advance |

Hi there...
you should be able to clear the bmp issue by clearing your temporary internet files: - In Internet Explorer, click Tools then Internet Options - Click Delete Files (offline files too if you don't need them) - Click OK then OK - Restart IE, try saving another image file Hope that helps...will get back to you on the other issue :-) Is the content you are trying to view while offline saved on your PC? i.e, when you save the bookmark, do you select to 'make available offline' and let it synchronise? And...when you try to save pages, what options do you get in the 'save as type' box from the 'save as' menu?
