PLEASE HELP me. I am desperate

For some inexplicable reason, I can get on to any website I want on explorer except one, which is the one I am trying to get on. I don't believe its a server problem because a friend of mine can get on the website from his computer. It's really odd, but I can't get on to the website from my desktop computer which is in a different room, and also from my laptop. What could be the reason for this?
What information can I provide to get some assistance with this?

Could you please give us details of your computer system and also the url of the website that you are having trouble with accessing, so that we can start to see what we can do to help.

Also are you using any anti-virus or firewall programs on your computer? Have you recently installed any new software or hardware?
