Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2 could not be installed
After downloading IE 7 Beta 2, I receive a message that Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2 could not be installed. A message says:
"You must restart your system to confirm that any changes to your system are undone. After restarting, follow the "Internet Explorer Troubleshooting" shortcut on your desktop to get more information." I have done all that is suggested including change Permissions in the Registry. However, I cannot get effective permission.
