The above happens when I am trying to reply my email (Company webmail: OWA). What is happening is that I should not be seeing the folder panel on my left. Have anyone has encounter this before? (My reply mail acts like a mini browser inside )However I have no problems surfing other websites, I'm facing this problem when I am accessing my company's webmail. I am running on a brand new laptop that comes with WinXP SP2. What I have tried so far: 1) Done sfc /scannow with no problems whatsoever 2) Reinstalled IE 6 with SP1 3) Registered the following dll (Saw the reply from Geekgirl in other thread): * Urlmon.dll * Shdocvw.dll * Msjava.dll * Actxprxy.dll * Oleaut32.dll * Mshtml.dll * Browseui.dll * Shell32.dll Have check with several colleagues in the company, so far any fellow who has tried accessing their email via IE on this laptop will encounter this specific problem (If I log onto my email account via other laptop or PC I got no problem). And formatting this laptop is not an option Any other suggestions will be tested and deeply appreciated
