today at my girlfriend's house, I've had the pleasure of talking to two very nice technical services reps on the phone and two nin-coom-poops. I won't swear but I will say that it was a random ordeal that went from ok to bad.
ok so I'm not paying for this but it all starts with not recieving 2 channels at first. so I phone Bell to get this resolved nothing happens with that phone call and I can access the rest of the channels. A second longer call with a more diagnostic side to it follows...
