- A decade and a half in tech support and coming up with more efficient ways to do things has led me full circle and back to Western Australia.

- Officially a tech from 1997, and unofficially from way back in the 80s, I've worked in public and private sector jobs all over Australia, collating possibly the ultimate collection of metasupport tips and tricks. I've travelled to the UK, US, and Canada, supported government, finance and mining, and have too many "No ****, there I was" tales.
