While I'm still learning, be aware, I refuse to use the following programs.

Spybot
Adaware
Stopzilla
Stop-sign
Computer Spy
Nuker
Xoftspy SE

and the list goes on. These, in my personal experience and opinion are very useless tools to hinder problems with problems within the OS. If the problems on the system, how did it get there in the first place?
