- I'm a 41 year old female. Wife, Mother, Grandmother. Due to illness somedays I'm unable to barely leave my house..so my computer provides me with a window to the world..because of that it is very important to me to keep it up and running. I'm of the believe that if you don't know how to do something..learn. I knew very little at all about computers..2 years ago the only thing i knew about computers was how to send e-mail. I decided if I was going to be using one I needed to learn ALL I could about them. I need to be able to fix simple problems
