Question Peppers not growing?

I planted some peppers in a aeroponic pot and they aren't growing what can i do.

Peppers need a lot of sunlight . . at least 8 hours a day of direct sun

they're not in the shade by the window and the get about 5 hours of sunlight a day. They've started sprout though.

5 hours will be marginal . . you might get a few peppers . . probably will not be robust plants

The herbs you may use them for cooking (for fish & red meat), the rest are for decorative purpose but they're very beautiful plants.
