Toro Wheel Horse riding mower help needed
I have a Toro 12x38 XL and it won't run in 5th gear. If I get it to run in 5th it surges very bad(not the engine but the whole mower jerks). I noticed for some reason adjusting the break affects it. If I adjust the break one way it wont go in fifth gear and the other way lets it run but surges. There is no in between adjustment to makes it work. Any help would be appreciated. It is model 71184 serial 5911276
