Help! Electronic Dictionary Needs Repair Australia If Possible

Hi there, hope some one can help as ive become so fustrated that i want to pull my hair out. My problem is that I have a Electronic English/Russian dictionary, its about 4 yrs old Brand: Ectaco Partner Model: ER200DM. Its been fine up to about a couple of months ago, when it first started having problems the words on the screen would fade out slowly now we cant see anything on the screen. The batteries were only changed about 6 months ago, and two weeks ago they were tested and still a lot of live left in them. Therefore does anyone know where in Australia I can get this repaired, Ive googled for the last 3 hours to no avail, no where, zip, zilch,...
Have tried to Email Ectaco Australia but the feedback question will not go through......Help Please anyone.....Thank you in advance

Re: Help! Electronic Dictionary Needs Repair Australia If Possible

Hi and welcome to TSF

It still sounds like it is the batteries are gone. How where they tested? Regular Digital volt-ohm meters are not good battery testers, as they place no load on the battery.
