Lost MP3 files on Aigo R5588 MP3 recorder
I have an Aigo R5588 recorder, I was moving some MP3 files from the VOICE directory of the recorder to my hard drive, when it stopped and then Windows XP did not recognize the recorder. I unplugged and plugged it back in, and then it said "drive is not formatted". When I remove the battery and put the battery in the recorder, I get "NO FORMAT". Now, I cannot see any of my MP3s that I recorded any more. Does this mean the MP3s stored in the recorder are lost? I did transfer some MP3s from my hard drive to the recorder, but then I remember seeing low memory afterwards. Is there any way of recovering the MP3s?
