Creative Zen Vision: M freezes when plugged into the laptop
Hi, I have a creative zen vision m.
I had the software on a PC but then we replaced the PC with a laptop. Now whenever I plug it into the laptop, it freezes and I have to press the reset button. The laptop recognises it as a usb/hard drive device, but not a music player. I can't change any of the music on there and it's driving me crazy! Please help! I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the program many times, nothing happened. Thanks |
