Ipod video wont play

i have been using this Ipod classic for last 3 yrs. Its a 60 Gb model and until now it worked fine. I input a few video files this morning and they worked fine till this afternoon when they stopped working. Even the files that were working fine till the morning stopped working. The screen appears black and then it returns to the original videos folder. I removed the files and tried putting them again but nothing happened. Wat to do? My Itunes is up-to-date btw.

Just received my new Samsung Trance. I bought it through Amazon.com and I'm trying to register it online now. I know the model is a SCH-U490, but I also have to provide a Model Code and nothing appears to provide me with that nor does the manual indicate how to find it. It did tell me how to find the ESN, but not the Model Code. Any suggestions out there from the electronic gurus? Thank you!
