Treo Pro Question
I don't know if this has been established already, but I have a stuck sms message in my inbox and can't get rid of it. The text message envelope is always on the screen and it's really annoying me
I have deleted my drafts, saved messages etc. I have also tried that program that supposed to reset everything back to 0. nothing is working for me. Has anyone else had this problem? Pleez help! Thnx in advance.

Re: Treo Pro Question
If you have a backup of what is on your phone you could try doing a master reset. If you are not sure how to do it follow the below instructions:
1. Take the back panel off to expose the reset hole. 2. Press Power to turn on the screen. 3. While pressing and holding End, use the tip of the stylus or a small paper clip to press and release the Reset button. 4. Continue pressing and holding End until the Erase all data? prompt appears. 5. Press Up. 6. Wait for the progress bar on to fill up, then you can use the device again. This will restore your device back to factory settings and all data will be erased including emails, any saved text messages and your address book! I believe you can also take it to a carrier store, I believe that would be Alltel or Sprint for this phone, and they might be able to do a backup, then do a master reset and then restore the backup for you.

Re: Treo Pro Question
thnx for the help. I did a backup and a reset but then when i restored the backup the message came back. it took alot of going back and forth, but i finally got the message to go away. all i had to do was clear out my message directory and that got rid of everything. i had texts in there that i wanted to save, but i guess it was for the better. thnx again.
