American cell phone, European SIM card
I have an American cell phone that is both quad band and unlocked. I'm having trouble using it with a German SIM card. When ever I put the SIM card in my phone, the phone prompts for the pin code. I put the pin code in, the phone accepts it, and then promptly asks for the pin again, and again, and so forth. If anyone knows how or if this issue can be solved, I would greatly appreciate it.
