I have the SL-SW895, $300 and no continuous play?

The SL-SW895 is a Panasonic SHOCKWAVE METAL® Portable CD Player with Brain Shaker Extreme Headphones: http://www2.panasonic.com/consumer-e....SL-SW895.O#ts

The problem is after a track finishes theres a countdown on the screen from minus 2 back to 0 before it starts the next track. I'm wondering is there a way to edit out this backards count so its continuous play? I had another version ages ago that had the continuous play but this version does'nt and I'm feeling sad about it. I hope there's a way to fix this.

I'm really hoping theres a way to tweak one of the chips to remove this minus two countdown so it becomes continuous play.
