zune problems

My Zune has not been working properly for a while. it keeps freezing.
Does anyone know how to resolve this problem? i've tried re-booting it but the problem persists.
Is there anywhere in the UK or Ireland that repairs them?

Sounds like my Sansa when she needs de-bricking.
