sky+ interactive problem
when i use sky interactive services to enter a competition or play one of their games (or use the red button) i get a message saying that the call has been interrupted and i can't access the comp or game however i still get billed for the service.
If i book a box office movie i am able to watch the movie and i am billed as normal. My phone line is working fine although my phone service provider is not Sky or BT but virgin media. I was able to use the interactive services fine until last halloween when i noticed this problem. Both Sky and Virgin cannot find a fault and are basically blaming each other. Can anyone think what might be wrong? |
