krzr problem

I have had my krzr for about a year and a half. Two days ago I noticed no dial tone when I tried to call out. I can dial out and the call gets connected the person can hear me but I cannot hear them. I can hear my phone ringing for incoming calls but when I answer I hear nothing. I did however find I can hear when I am on speaker. Any ideas?

Hi Millertime - welcome to TSF

That sounds like a internal problem associated with the audio amplifier on the receiver section. Most definitely not a user repairable fault.

I believe you have only 2 options:
1) send it in for repair - costly? I don't know. Get an estimate.
2) Replace it with a new one.
