dreamcast problem

i have a dreamcast thats been in storage for about a year and when i cut it on, the cd will spin but nothing will be on the screen. it played fine the last time i had it out. the av cable ain't cut or anything it looks fine. no stores around here sells one and nothing looks wrong with the cord. is there a way to fix it or rig it somehow to work. i'm not buying anything online anymore.

Hi, I have a Dream Cast that I have had since 2002 and I've used it about 3 times before it got put up into storage. I have recently taken it out the start of this year, I have had no problems. Maybe it's your DreamCasts or was it bashed about a bit during storage?
