IPOD Help!!

First of all, sorry if this is in the wrong section but i didn't know where else to put it as this is the 1st time i've used this site.

I've downloaded tv episodes from itunes which will play fine on my laptop and show up on my ipod but when i play it i get a small grey box in the left hand side of the screen and just the sound comes out. I'ce tried changing settings etc but nothing changes. I was just wondering if anyone has had a similar problem or knows how to fix it?

Thanks for moving me to the right place!! Sorry yeah, in the itunes store under t.v. programs there's different episodes you can download which i did. It shows on my ipod under t.v or maybe video's but there's no picture. I assumed as i downloaded it directly from itunes store it would be the correct format etc so have no idea why it won't work???

in what format did you download them ?? at least those that run on your laptop without problems

what kind of ipod do you have (ex. nano, touch, mini, shuffle, etc.)??

Thanks for taking the time to respond, but it would seem that Terry06 last posted back in August and we haven't seen him since .. even to tell us if he solved his problem ..
