busted jukbox help
Bad news with my 20 gig dell jukbox mp3 player. it froze one day and l reset it (like i have done a hunddred times) and it died. it says that it has hard drive problems on the screen. I was dumb and kept all my music stored on there since college. I know I am an idiot! But i guess i am wondering or hoping if there is any way to destroy the unit and save my song files? I am not the most computer literate guy but i can communicate and i really would hate to lose all those songs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
