Need help finding right cell phone

Hi im buying my first ever cell phone and i want it to be the perfect one and i need help finding one. Im specifically looking for a phone with lots of multimedia functions (games, video, web).
These are my other specifications.
Price range 250 - 600$.
Good design
Newly released (1 year max)
Preferably touch screen.

I found a couple phones i might be interested in.
iphone
nokia n81
samsung f700
sony ericsson k850i
sony ericsson k800i
LG viewty
LG Vu
HTC touch

What do u think is the best one here or feel free to recommend any other phones. Thank you!

I have the iphone and would highly recommend it. I found it is extremely useful from internet access to emails.

I use it more as a miniature laptop than I do for a phone :-) I can even read and reply to threads in this forum if I wanted to. Just a pain to type on the small on screen keys. I have over 3000 songs on the ipod portion of the phone and still have about 4 gigs of space left. I purchased the 16 gig iphone.

there will be a new iphone coming out later this month so you may want to wait. It is rumored to have gps, ability to use wireless bluetooth to listen to music, 32 gigs and more - but as I said, the possible features are just rumored.

the best part is the wifi, you can use it free in places where laptops and other dataphones will have to pay like at barnes and noble and starbucks or anyplace att has wifi service.

Something else to look at is the size of the screen. its a whole lot better than trying to look at the screen than clamphones.

If you have a local att or apple store, they should have an operating one on display.
