Sound Issue with MOTOKRZR K1m
I recently purchased this phone (less than a week ago) and I am already having some problems. When I change the volume, there is a preview button that plays your ringtone to show how high the volume is. This worked fine when I got the phone, but now it doesn't work. The option to preview sound is still there, but when pressed, it does not play anything. Instead, there is a small clicking noise, and then silence. I have tried changing my ringtons, resetting the phone, taking out the batteries, and pretty much everything I could think of. I know my ringtones still work as when I get a call, they play. It just bothers me that I can't change the volume with out hearing exactly how loud it is. If anyone could help, it would be appreciated.
