Is ZEN really the first 32GB ipod?

I am shopping online for Xmas gifts, or looking for some inspiration.

Went onto Creative website and that's what is says:

"World'1st 32GB"

Is that right???

I thought you could get other ipods with 60 or even 80GB already.

Any ideas?

The big iPods are hard drive based players. The Zen uses a flash drive. So I guess their claim is valid - "Worlds 1st 32GB Flash Media Player"

That's a big flash drive. I could live with one as my main computer drive. Say goodbye to hard drives as we know them.

Oh I see now. I missed the "flash" bit

. Looked it up on wikipedia now and it seems like indeed quite a big thing is happening in IT right now!
