how do i compess a 3 minute mpeg video taken from my digital camara enough so i can send it via email.

it is currently at 63MB.

You may have to find a file splitter.

i ve only a very basic knowledge of computers, sorry.

ideally, what would i need and how do i do it.

Another option is to post it on a common hosting site. Then email the link to the people you want to get the file. They can then down load it from there. Photobucket ( HERE) is free and has a 200MB limit for videos.

If you have installed Winrar, it will be easy to email. Right click on your file, click add to archive, and input a value in "split to valumns" box.
