[SOLVED] No left sound on e250.

I can't get sound from the left channel of my Sansa e250. I tried the headphones I've been using in my computer, they work perfectly. If I press down on the jack while inserted in the player, I sometimes can make sound come out of the left channel if I fiddle with the jack a bit.

I tried re-installing the firmware, no help. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm about ready to try anything.

SanDisk is going to take it back and give me a new one. Man, this thing has quite a few problems, easy to fix, but still they exist.
