MP4 help...cant figure what format
Hey Gang,
Bought an El cheapo off ebay and cant figure out what format to upload a video in. This thing does it all and I though I could convert a file to it in mp4 and it would play. It was converted to mp4 but said NO FILE FOUND. What the heck does this thing play? it says MP4 Player. Here is a link to the player to take a look at it..have no idea where I can get support for it. The manual is crap. Chinese BS and trashed out english. http://cgi.ebay.com/2-GB-2GB-Silver-...QQcmdZViewItem |

Re: MP4 help...cant figure what format
Hi,
Welcome To TSF. MP4 is for a video and MP3 is for music files. You could try converting it into a WMV and seeing if that works? If that fails then it could either be a problem with the conversion and you should try another program to convert it or the player is either curropt or needs formatting. Let us know what happens. If you have any questions please just ask Jay

Re: MP4 help...cant figure what format
Can you find a link to an on-line manual (or scan the manual and post it)? I've had a lot experience with "trashed-out English", and I have a bit of Mandarin.
What is the company name and model number?
