Need Help!~!

I just got a Samsung YH-J70J Digital Player.. The player says connected I go to open device to view files.. I get a screen with harddisk media but when I open it .. It just searches endlessly ... what should I do.. I want to put piture/music on it

HI, I had an issue that sounds like yours and I found a solution on one of the web sites: the problem seems to be with the MTP connection, the solution is to connect the player as a usb device rather than an MTP device. You power on the player, you put on the 'hold' function, then you press the 'record' button for a few seconds while you plug in the USB cable. The screen will then say 'USB connected", you turn off the 'hold' , and everything works fine from then on. I use it and it works like a charm. Its not a permanent fix, you have to use it every time you power on your player and want to connect to your computer. I don't know why Samsung uses the MTP option, it creates real problems.
